TERMS OF SERVICE

I. PAYMENT> Payment will be through Cashapp, Paypal, or Zelle; links will be provided below.
> All my prices will be listed in USD only.
> Payment will be given all upfront or after sketch, that is for you to decide.
> I do not consent to having my artwork sold as merch or anything of the matter.

II. REFUND POLICY> No refund will be available once the artwork has been started, your only time to request a refund will be once the sketch has been shown.
> I have the right to cancel the commission and refund the appropriate amount given at any time.
> All art will be met with the same styles as the examples shown unless specifically stated otherwise.III. EXTRA INFORMATION> I have the right to decline any commission I cannot handle or feel comfortable with.
> Unless requested otherwise, I will use commissioned pieces as future examples of my work.
> Unlimited revisions will be granted during the sketch phase, however, there will be no free revisions during the rendering phase depending on the complexity unless it is very minor, I will let you know if you do request a revision.
> TAT will be no later than 1-2 weeks depending on the complexity of the art. Usually, TAT is 1-3 days.
> Ask before posting/using my art to promote your personal things and properly credit, use my discord name (starmiyazaki) or my instagram (@starmiyazaki).
> You as the client will receive a high-resolution piece of the artwork in Discord Direct Messages or eMail, the choice is yours.
> A small watermark will be placed on the artwork, if you wish to request removal of the watermark, there will be a charge of $5-$20. This only applies to work that isn't emojis of course.
